It's as boring as watching paint dry

Despite the intermittent chuckles which fade away as the film progresses, 'Jo Dooba So Paar' never really lives up to its terrific potential

Indian Express

Only shines in spurts and despite its shortness, is unable to hold one's attention for the duration

Mumbai Mirror

The film's rich visual detailing draws lovingly on a varied Bihari aesthetic. If only the plot were less like a jigsaw puzzle with pieces missing

The Sunday Guardian

Half-baked and badly shot, the film is best avoided.

The film holds up a charming mirror on the small town milieu and creates heroes out of ordinary folks

Times of India
