A light-hearted story with an impelling message, Chalo Dilli makes for a decent entertainer. Straight-laced, owner of a 600-employee company Mihika Banerjee (Lara Dutta) starkly contradictory to the rowdy, uncouth, small-time shop owner in Karol Bagh Manu Gupta (Vinay Pathak) wind up on a cranky journey from Jaipur to Dilli.

The first half, which quickly gets you into the mood of the film without spending too much time on character-building and blah, gives way to an all too predictable and slightly-stretched second half. Quite a few sequences, characters in the second half bring back memories of Jab We Met. Hotel Decent. Remember?)

But a hearty climax makes up for the few aberrations here and there. It leaves you with a smile. Don't miss it!
